Just a good pick for a cursory stop in Nashville with great value. The room was clean and spacious.

the hot coffee hits the spot every morning. the location is good for quick access to major roads and there's a pub nearby for late-night snacks.
the room was pretty dusty and cleaning was definitely skipped.

The game room is a nice touch and adds to the fun vibe here. Got a non-smoking room but it still smelled like smoke. Staff was friendly but one person at the front desk slowed things down during check-in. Overall, the cleaning could be improved. The hotel is close to some great local dining options.

Large, clean room with a comfortable setup. The front door, however, needs attention—it’s hard to close and not the cleanest. The gym is impressive; a true highlight with real weights and ample space. Staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing early check-in for a small fee. The Irish pub next door offers great food and music. the property feels dated. Wi-Fi is sluggish, and the TV issues were frustrating. Breakfast lacked variety, and I noticed a cleanliness issue in my room. Towels smelled of smoke. There’s potential here, but improvements are essential for a better experience. I would stay again only if significant upgrades are made.

I was thrilled with how convenient it was to get to downtown Nashville in less than 10 minutes, perfect for enjoying my best friend's bachelorette party while also having easy access to landmarks like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Adventure Science Center, and beautiful parks like Seven Oaks Park which is only about 3.5 kilometers away, plus the hotel itself offered clean and modern amenities for a comfy stay but I did notice some improvements could be made in staff professionalism which was a bit inconsistent.

Impressive staff, impressive service with their quick room switch when we faced a minor issue and their willingness to assist with printing our event materials.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The game room is a fun perk with billiards and table tennis. The room I stayed in had a strong odor and cleanliness issues.

Hillside Crossing offers a very convenient location near downtown Nashville, complemented by a welcoming team. The large rooms were clean and well-equipped, featuring a fridge and microwave. Despite some noise from the outside, the comfortable beds made for restful nights.

Staff helpful with room change. Event printing assistance. Conveniently located just 8 minutes from desired destinations. Enjoyed the spacious and well-maintained gym facilities.
Room had cleanliness issues - hairs in towels, unpleasant smells. Street noise was very loud and disruptive.

The bed was super comfortable, perfect for easing the aches after a long drive. The bathroom was massive and exceptionally clean, enhancing our experience. I appreciated the decent Wi-Fi and spacious layout of the room. Temperature control was efficient, maintaining a cozy environment. the towels had a hint of smoke smell, which was off-putting. Noise levels were low, thanks to the tranquil bluff location. Breakfast offered a decent variety but could use a few more options to choose from.

During our family stay at Hillside Crossing, we made time to visit the vibrant Nashville Zoo. The kids were ecstatic exploring the animal exhibits, especially the playful monkeys and colorful birds. The museum's rich music history at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum captivated us all, offering a fascinating glimpse into Nashville's cultural heritage.
My wife says that the hotel could enhance the family experience by providing a children's play area.

The rooms were spacious and very clean! The on-site restaurant served great food, making meals easy.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience was worth it.

The hotel sits on top of a hill just a short drive away from Broadway and other popular spots in downtown Nashville, making it super easy for weekend strolls and adventures; it’s also close to the airport and several parks like Seven Oaks Park, so you can soak in the greenery without venturing too far. The gym was just as nice as the photos showed, and there were affordable dining options just next to the hotel, like the bar that offered great food. The continental breakfast was decent but could use a few more choices for health-conscious guests, but overall the stay was worth it for the cost and convenience.

The staff initially impressed with their friendliness, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, a nice retreat after a long day. a subsequent encounter with an employee turned unsettling when they aggressively demanded I open the door while I was getting ready. It shattered my sense of privacy and left a sour taste in an otherwise enjoyable stay. The hotel’s amenities were decent, and the food was a pleasant surprise, but the inconsistency in staff behavior made the experience feel unpredictable and jarring.

We had a blast exploring the Country Music Hall of Fame and jamming at the Nashville Zoo. The cool decor, awesome gym, and quick drive to all the hotspots made our trip epic!
Improve the party scene for young peeps - maybe more social events or a lively bar on-site to keep the vibes high! .

The location of the hotel was ideal for us as it offered easy access to downtown Nashville with a $2 bus ride just a few yards away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early for a small fee. Additionally, the room was spacious and well-decorated, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette that suited our style perfectly.
Despite the positive aspects, there were some downsides to our stay. The hotel had some operational issues, with long wait times during check-in due to understaffing.

the location was super convenient, just a quick Uber ride away from downtown Nashville. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. Plus, the parking situation was hassle-free, which is always a bonus. there were definitely some downsides. The cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. We had to repeatedly ask for basic amenities like clean towels, toilet paper, and even plastic bags for the bins. The promise of daily room cleaning never materialized, despite the manager assuring us it would be taken care of. The overall maintenance of the property was lacking too. Our room had issues like walls in need of a fresh coat of paint, shelves falling off the walls, and a door that felt flimsy and insecure. It wasn't the most comforting feeling. And don't get me started on the long checkout process due to understaffing at the front desk - not ideal when you're in a rush to catch a flight. In terms of facilities, the lack of crockery and utensils in the kitchenette was disappointing, and the absence of a proper sidewalk leading to the main road was inconvenient for those relying on public transport. while there were some positives to my stay at Hillside Crossing, the numerous cleanliness and maintenance issues, as well as safety concerns, were hard to overlook. It's safe to say I won't be rushing to book a stay there again anytime soon.

I loved asking for extra pillows, feeling fancy in the nice rooms, and the fast check-in process. The lady at the front desk was a gem.
Not having a 24-hour front desk is just brilliant.
